Business Content Photography Sessions are perfect for businesses that would like to freshen up their website and other social media content, or imagery for marketing material. You can combine individual business portraits, with group / team portraits, and candid shots, and create your very own customised package.
What all sessions include:
- Pre-Session Consultation
- Session at location of your choice: Your office, Outdoors, or in our Studio (In Studio if less than 3 people)
- Natural Light Photography with additional use of flash photography equipment when required

Candid Portraits must be booked with at least one individual business portrait or a group/team portrait.
* Retouching includes minimal and natural skin retouching in Adobe Lightroom. For advanced skin retouching, hair or clothes adjustment required in Adobe Photoshop - additional photoshopping fee start from $50 per shot.
**Colour + contrast edit does not include retouching of individuals, photoshopping not included in edit. Additional retouching (minimal or advanced) and photoshopping fee start from $50 per shot.
TRAVEL + SET UP FEE = $80 for Sydney CBD. Please get in touch and I can give you a quick quote for other areas.
ADDITIONS:

WHAT TO EXPECT
A BOUTIQUE + TAILORED PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE JUST FOR YOU + YOUR BRAND
Pre-shoot
We will initially discuss via email or over the phone the basis of the session - what session you would like to book, when for, where the shoot will take place, and how many images you are after.
We request a 50% non-refundable deposit to book the session date and time, and our Services Agreement (with Commercial Usage Right) to be signed online at the time of booking. The remaining balance to be paid one week before the shoot day.
We will have a pre-shoot zoom meeting call (normally approximately 15 minutes long) to go over details such as:
- the concept and objectives you would like to achieve from the images
- understand the space(s) that the photographs will be taken
- discuss the order in which we may want to photograph the staff
- some general advice on what to wear, and what you may need to prepare for the shoot
On the day
We will arrive at your office or at an agreed meeting spot, and start setting up the scene (one photographer + lighting assistant (if required)). Individuals or groups will be called to take the photographs, in the order that was previously agreed, and we will try and make use of the given time frame to communicate well with the individual staff and provide guidance with posing. Our goal is for everyone to feel relaxed and comfortable so that the images turn out professional yet authentic and natural.
Post-Shoot
We will provide the proof gallery within the initially agreed time frame.
For individuals / group shots: we will provide three images for you to choose your final favourite image for downloading. You may decide to buy any of the additional images also. For candids: we will provide the agreed number of images for download or a number of shots for you to choose your final images for purchase.

FAQ
I am not confident in front of the camera! What's your advice?
I understand this as I feel more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it myself! My pre-session consultation meeting gives us an opportunity to connect face-to-face and I will provide you with plenty of guidance and tips.
During the session, I give myself enough time with each person so that we get a chance to talk and connect to get authentic, natural, and relaxed shots.
How shall I prepare for the session - for example, what shall I wear?
I will go through all the details of your session, what you can wear for the session, the location, the theme/concept etc during our pre-session consultation meeting so you feel fully prepared and confident for your session!
How far in advance shall I book you?
Please get in touch ideally at least 4 - 6 weeks in advance if possible to avoid disappointment. Most of my business + branding session sessions take place during week days. There is a 20% surcharge for weekend bookings.
Can we get the RAW (unedited and straight off the camera) photos?
The editing process is an essential part of my style and art. A RAW (unprocessed) photo is flatter, less saturated, and duller than edited images (not to mention they are enormously large files and need a special photography software to just open the file). The RAW file contains all the raw data so that I can make edits to them to create the look you see on my website and in the photos you receive. RAW files are essentially an incomplete piece of work, which is why I cannot send them to you.
Do you photoshop the images?
For individual business portraits, retouching includes minimal and natural skin retouching in Adobe Lightroom. As a general rule any non-permanent blemishes may be removed. For advanced skin retouching, hair or clothes adjustment an additional photoshopping fee start from $50 per shot and the extent of work required will be judged on an image by image basis.
Team portraits, candid shots, branding content, and event photography will be "colour and contrast edited" which includes colour correction, colour enhancements, exposure correction, shadow and highlight recovery, lens correction and some artistic flare but no skin retouching or advanced photoshopping.
When do I get my photos?
All the edited images will become available for download via your password protected online gallery approximately 3 - 4 weeks after your session date. However if due to your business demands you require the image delivery much earlier please let me know at the time of booking so that I can let you know if I can accomodate your request. I will endeavour to work with your deadlines as much as I can.
