Lifestyle Family Portraits
Lifestyle family portrait sessions are all about capturing life! I will be documenting the unposed, candid, and authentic moments and interactions between your family, your baby, or your partner.
My family sessions are centred around taking photographs that capture how you are as a family - the personalities, the quirks, the laugher, and love. I will narrate your story through a series of images that honour what makes your family so special - because each family has a unique story and history together.

I pride myself in providing a bespoke + attentive service to all my clients. I would like to get to know you through our initial consultation and all the way up to your session day, so that I understand what matters to you most and I am able to curate a gallery of images that truly captures who you and you family are.
I offer outdoors or in-home photography sessions to document everything from the precious time with your bump, to your child's exhilarating first days, and beautiful photos of three generations all together. I hope to become your very own personal family photographer and it is of my utmost importance to build a true connection with you through our journey together. What is not included:
- Travel fee - please get in touch and I can give you a quick quotation.
- Weekend Sessions incur a 20% surcharge to pricing
- Photoshopping: Any advanced skin retouching (skin smoothing, facial colour tone adjustment etc), hair or clothes adjustment, back ground removal etc that requires the use of Adobe Photoshop will require a seperate fee after assessing extent of work.

FAQ
I am camera shy! What's your advice?
I understand this as I feel more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it myself! My pre-session consultation meeting gives us an opportunity to connect face-to-face so that I am not a stranger to you on your session day and I will provide you with plenty of guidance during the session as well. At the session we will be chatting and having some laughs and I promise you we won't be shooting in awkward silence! After all I want to connect with you to get the real you and authentic candid shots of you.
How shall I prepare for the session - for example, what shall I wear?
I will go through all the details, wardrobe suggestions, location, the theme and concept of the session during our pre-session consultation meeting so you feel fully prepared and confident for your session!
How far in advance shall I book you?
Ideally please get in touch 1 - 2 months in advance if possible to avoid disappointment. Most of my family sessions take place during week days (especially during the summer we can make the most out of the longer evenings). For outdoor sessions, taking it during golden hour (two hours after sunrise or two hours before sunset) is the best! There is a 20% surcharge for weekend bookings.
What do I do if my kids aren’t behaving or the baby keeps crying?
I have done many sessions with babies and children so I know the drill! During the session I get the kids to play with you so usually we don't have a big problem with them getting bored. However, we also can't force things - we just have to wait patiently for your children to calm down or wait for the baby to settle. After all they are the stars of the shoot! So just relax - let's sit down, grab a coffee, have a break, feed the kids/baby, and start rolling again.
Can other family members join in?
Absolutely! The basic package is suitable for immediate family members only but of course we can add more extended family members by customising the package to include more coverage time. The more the merrier!
Can we get the RAW (unedited and straight off the camera) photos?
The editing process is an essential part of my style and art. A RAW (unprocessed) photo is flatter, less saturated, and duller than edited images (not to mention they are enormously large files and need a special photography software to just open the file). The RAW file contains all the raw data so that I can make edits to them to create the look you see on my website and in the photos you receive. RAW files are essentially an incomplete piece of work, which is why I cannot send them to you.
When do we get the photos?
All the edited images will become available for download via your personal online gallery approximately 3 - 4 weeks after your session date. The albums and products will be delivered to you a few weeks after you receive your personal online gallery.
